These Terms govern your use of qikatrading.com and all purchases from QIKA, operated by Nanyang Qika Trading Co., Ltd. (南阳奇咔商贸有限公司) (“QIKA”, “we”, “us”). By using our website, applying for an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business Customers
Our wholesale services are intended for business customers, such as retailers, resellers, and distributors. By applying, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Wholesale Accounts
Access to wholesale pricing and catalogs requires an approved account. We may request business registration documents and may approve, decline, or suspend any account at our discretion.

3. Products and Availability
Product descriptions, images, and availability are provided in good faith but may change without notice. Release dates and allocations depend on suppliers and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. We may limit or cancel quantities in cases of stock shortage or pricing error, and will refund any payment received for cancelled items.

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in USD and exclude shipping, taxes, duties, and import fees unless stated otherwise. Payment methods are bank wire transfer. Orders are processed after payment is received or credit terms are approved in writing.

5. Orders
An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email or message. Changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible; once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Trademarks and Third-Party Brands
Pokémon and all related names, characters, and marks are trademarks of their respective owners, including Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokémon Company International. QIKA is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies. Brand names are used only to describe the products we sell.

8. Resale Responsibility
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your resale of the products, including consumer protection, product safety, labeling, and import rules in your market.

9. Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including text, logos, and design, belongs to QIKA or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QIKA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or placing an order after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
